Who will consult with me in English?
The doctor in charge of each field consults with you directly in English. For orthodontics, this is Dr. Sunmin Kim, a board-certified orthodontist. For implants and gum care, this is Dr. Ilseop Ahn, a board-certified periodontist and integrated dentistry specialist.
How many times do I need to visit for veneers (CERANATE)?
Two visits. One-Day CERANATE is finished in 2 days. D-Art and The Petit take about 1 week. The check-up 2 weeks after bonding is done by photo on WhatsApp, and we see you in person on your next visit to Korea.
Can I continue clear aligner treatment after I go home?
Yes. After you receive your aligners, you visit once every 3 months. Between visits, we check by photo only if something comes up.
What does the orthodontic fee include?
It includes the orthodontic examination, extraction (except wisdom teeth), mini-screws, retention care for 2 years and basic retainers. If a retainer breaks or is lost later, remaking it costs extra. The fee itself depends on the appliance. See our fee schedule.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card or in cash.
Can I send photos for a consultation before I travel?
What if my veneer breaks after I go home?
It can happen. Like a crown, a veneer can chip or break. Breakage is covered for 1 year after bonding on all CERANATE options except Basic, which has no breakage warranty. Send us a photo on WhatsApp first. We check it and tell you what to do based on its condition. Repairing or remaking a veneer needs a visit.
Do I need an interpreter?
No. The doctor in charge of your treatment consults with you directly in English.
Where is the clinic?
3F, K-Square Building, 207 Hakdong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It is right in front of Exit 9 of Hakdong Station (Line 7). Parking is available in the building. See directions.
What are your opening hours?
Mon, Wed and Fri 10:00 to 19:00. Tue and Thu 10:00 to 21:00. Sat 10:00 to 14:00, with no lunch break. Closed on Sundays. The weekday lunch break is 13:00 to 14:30.
What are the risks?
Results and side effects vary from person to person. Veneers can chip, come off or feel sensitive, and need regular check-ups. Orthodontics can cause gum inflammation, tooth decay, root resorption or relapse after treatment, so a retainer is needed.
