Dental Treatment in Korea Checklist
What to Prepare and What to Bring
Preparation before you travel is what makes dental treatment in Korea go smoothly. This article is a checklist in four parts: before treatment, on the day, travel, and after you return home.
Before treatment
- Online consultation: share the likely treatment plan and the number of days needed before travelling.
- Estimate: check the approximate cost and what it includes (examinations, temporaries and so on).
- Aftercare conditions: ask about scope and period in advance.
- Medicines and allergies: tell the clinic about regular medicines, medical conditions and allergies to metals or drugs.
- Dental history and X-rays: if you have them, share them for reference.
Tip: Confirm estimates and aftercare conditions in a form that leaves a record, such as a document or message, not only verbally.
