Lingual Braces
A method of orthodontic treatment in which braces are attached to the inner side of the teeth so they cannot be seen from outside, preferred by people who are often out and about.
What are lingual braces?
Lingual braces are classified not by the type of appliance but by how it is attached: the braces are bonded to the inner side of the teeth so they cannot be seen from outside.
Because no brackets are attached to the front of the teeth,
the tooth surfaces stay clean.
The braces cannot be seen from the outside,
so they are highly esthetic.
Once the braces are attached,
they do not make your lips look thick.
※ Treatment costs more than conventional braces, and eating may be somewhat difficult early in treatment.
Choosing your treatment method after a thorough consultation with a board-certified orthodontist reduces the chance of dissatisfaction or retreatment after orthodontics.
