Can I get documents for private health insurance?
Yes. We provide the receipt and itemized statement of medical fees on request. If you need other documents, such as a medical certificate, please tell us in advance. Please check with your insurance company whether they will pay. Certificate fees are on the non-covered fee schedulepage.
